PHILIPPINES 2018
It’s been about 17 years since i've been to the Philippines, my first time being back in 2001. I was here for a month with family and I can’t wait to share the mini adventures exploring both my mom and my dad’s hometowns!
Our itinerary was a little complicated since we had to divide our time between my mom’s hometown and my dad’s hometown.
We landed in Manila, made our way to Iba, Zambales, which was my dad’s hometown. We had spent my mom’s birthday and Christmas here. From Zambales, we made our way back to Manila, with stops along the way in Tagaytay, Cavite, Pangasinan, Subic, and Pampanga. From Manila, we took a flight to my mom’s hometown, Cagayan Valley in Tuguegarao. Our last stop was back to Manila, and on the way we stopped by Vigan and Paoay.
It’s a lot, but our month was definitely spent well. There’s always so much to see and do in the Philippines.
