MY COMPANY SENT ME TO HAWAI’I 2019

Hi! So I have been manifesting a trip to Hawai’i for my birthday and it happened! I found out today that my company wants to send me to Hawa'i’i. I work for a travel agency and every summer my company sends most of their employees on trips to Hawai’i, Bahamas, Mexico, or Panama City. I am one of the brand new employees so I didn’t really expect anything. But one of the other employees couldn’t make it to Hawaii, so a spot opened up… for me! What a great opportunity to not only work, but build my travel portfolio at one of my favorite places in the world.

The last time I was in Hawaii was 2012 with my family. It’s my favorite place because I have the best memories here with family and cousins. My auntie and tita lola also live here on the island of O’ahu so it was an opportunity for me to visit them as well.

I was here for 9 days but it was the best time! I was able to rent a red convertible audi to drive when I wasn’t in work mode so I was able to explore the island.

Since I was here for work, I didn’t exactly have a specific itinerary.

Here is the breakdown of where I stayed, places I ate, and what I did during my time here, if not pictured below.

I was also able to fly first class with Hawaiian Airlines! I was too busy having fun with the perks that I only took pictures of my food. But this was such an amazing experience and first class is definitely worth it! Upon boarding the plane, we immediately are greeted with Mai Tais or our drink of choice. Guess what I chose? Mai Tais! We were then immediately given ipads and high quality headphones for the flight. The food was amazing! It was 3 courses, I believe I only got pictures of the appetizers and the main entree, but I had no complaints! Everything was superb. I love the hospitality and service of Hawaiian Airlines. I wouldn’t take any other airline when traveling to Hawai’i.
